Role summary

Build and run Kelpinor's digital marketing — email, Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn organic + paid, and Webflow. Own the funnel from first touch to qualified lead in our priority European markets.

Help us turn inbound into a real growth engine.

We're Kelpinor — CE-certified seaweed biostimulants, made above the Arctic Circle in Northern Norway. In the past 18 months we've delivered to 15+ countries on the back of barely any marketing — under €50 a month, mostly opportunistic posts and a steady drip of organic inbound. The momentum is real, but we've outgrown doing it on the side.

We're hiring a Digital Marketer for the summer to come in, look hard at what we're doing (and not doing), and start building the growth engine that matches the demand already coming at us. Strong performance opens the door to a full-time role.

What you'll own

  • Email marketing. Campaigns and nurture sequences to distributors, formulators, CEA growers and direct-to-farm customers. Owning the newsletter rhythm.
  • Google Ads. Standing up and optimising targeted paid acquisition in our priority markets — DACH, broader EU, the Nordics.
  • SEO. On-page, content strategy, keyword research. Our blog and press pages have ranking potential we haven't tapped.
  • LinkedIn — organic and paid. This is where our buyers live. We want a real cadence and a real funnel from it.
  • Webflow. Keeping the site sharp, building campaign landing pages, A/B testing what converts.

You'll be a strong fit if you have

  • A track record of measurable results — traffic up, leads up, conversion up, cost-per-lead down. Numbers, please.
  • Hands-on experience across Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, LinkedIn (organic + paid), and Webflow.
  • An instinct for B2B funnels — long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, technical buyers.
  • The ability to ship without hand-holding. We're six people. You'll be the marketing function.
  • Comfort writing in English. Norwegian or German is a real plus given our markets.

Bonus points for

  • Background in agtech, food/ag, science-led B2B or sustainability.
  • HubSpot familiarity.
  • A point of view on how to scale a brand without losing the craft of it.

The terms

  • Summer 2026 to start, with the explicit intention of opening a full-time path for the right person.
  • Bodø-based or hybrid. We want time together in the early weeks, then flexible.
  • You'll join a tight, science-led team that's just been approved for a multi-million NOK grant from Innovasjon Norge and is closing a Seed round in Q2.
  • The category is doing €33B globally at ~11% CAGR. The EU Green Deal is moving the market in our direction. The timing is rare.
